Optimized production - for your product

At our headquarters in Malsfeld, Germany, disinfectants and cleaning agents are developed and produced according to GMP guidelines, ISO 9001/EN 13485, DIN EN ISO 14001 as well as cosmetic GMP regulations. Here, too, modern filling facilities guarantee the high quality standard of our products. In addition, some of the impregnating liquids for our wipes are produced at this site. 

For the production of disinfection and hygiene products, our plant has a separate production area for the manufacture of alcoholic products. In compliance with explosion and fire safety regulations, we can also process impregnating solutions with a high alcohol content.

Thanks to our central location in Germany and Europe, we are able to flexibly coordinate the transportation of goods in all directions. The ideal traffic infrastructure with numerous highway connections in North-South and East-West direction enables a fast supply of raw materials, auxiliary materials and operating supplies for our production.

Production Center Lubań/Poland

With our state-of-the-art production center in Lublin, Poland, we are setting the standard in ready-to-use wipes manufacturing. Opened in early 2016, the 50,000 square meter facility is one of the largest wet wipes plants in Europe. More than 63 different production lines are available for the manufacture of dry and wet wipes, masks and pads. Our product range includes a wide variety of products for baby care, cosmetics, personal care, home hygiene, cleaning and disinfection.

The plant can produce up to 500 million packs per year. The production processes are state of the art and are constantly monitored and developed by our own mechanical engineers. If required, we can provide additional machine capacity at short notice or customize existing equipment to meet the desired product requirements. In addition, additional capacity can be created in a relatively short time so that newly developed products can also be brought to market at short notice. The secure and transparent control of all processes via SAP enables a goods turnover of more than 1,500 pallets per day.
